From Austin, Texas to St Jean Cap Ferrat<\/b>
My dream was to have a very small destination wedding, but I was so concerned I wouldn\u2019t know how to choose vendors, or ensure the day ran smoothly. I started researching wedding planners in Nice, France and Nadia Fry was one who kept popping up. Her reviews were amazing, so I reached out to her. I messaged about 8 different companies, and Nadia was the only one who responded to me the same day, in fact, she responded to my inquiry within a few hours. Nadia was available to meet me on zoom the same day even though it was about 8pm her time. I immediately felt as ease talking with her, and hired her on the spot.
Again, the same day she sent emails to all my vendors, and recommended ones I still needed. She sent countless emails making sure all the details were perfect leading up to our wedding. She even helped my brother and sister-in-law find baby things when their luggage didn\u2019t arrive in Nice on time. The day of our wedding Nadia was at the venue at 8:30am to prepare and greet all of the vendors. I didn\u2019t have to do a thing, or answer any questions, and it made my day even more magical.

We hired Nadia sight-unseen for our destination wedding in Vence, France. We live in Washington, D.C., USA and had never visited our wedding venue prior to arriving, just days before the ceremony. Nadia helped us organize “beyond our dreams” wedding at Cote d’Azur.<\/p>

Nadia provided us with extensive contacts to all the relevant service providers and guided us to the right people regardless was it the flowers, wedding cake, decoration or venues. Without her, we would have never ended up at the wonderful location for our evening party and she proved to be an irreplaceable help with local expertise – especially if we needed to contact any officials from the region.<\/p>

With Nadia, we found the perfect balance of what we wanted help with and what we wanted to do ourselves. During our weekly update calls, she not only let us know how the organization was advancing but also kept our nerves at bay with her confidence how everything would work out – and everything DID work out!<\/p>

Only thanks to Nadia our wedding day was perfect!
Having started planning a wedding in rather difficult times of covid, we faced many difficulties. And then we realized that we could not cope with the organization of the wedding. After the first communication with Nadia, we understood that we had found \u201cour\u201d person. And she, in turn, immediately clearly understood what we want! She was always in touch. She gave us a lot of advice that we wouldn’t have thought of on our own.
Her professionalism inspired confidence and peace of mind. She solved all the organizational issues (and you still need to be able to do business with the Italians), planned everything for us from flowers, cake, ending with the arrangement of guests by numbers. The whole wedding day was scheduled to the minute and everything happened exactly as planned.
We were undoubtedly very pleased with the fact that Nadia had no barriers, she resolved any difficult situation (and there were quite a few of them due to covid). She is very active and at the same time she has that calmness that the newlyweds need so much on such a responsible day.

I am so grateful to have found Nadia Fry! She was paramount in making my dream wedding in the South of France happen perfectly. Nadia is well connected and resourceful and stays calm at all times.
