I wanted to thank you for playing such a critical roll in organising my 50th birthday party in Cap d’Antibes. All 90 of my guests had the most fantastic weekend. For the whole 12 months prior to the party you took charge of logistics and made sure everything was perfect on the day and totally in keeping with the vision we had for the event.
I felt reassured throughout the organisation phase that my special weekend would run smoothly and that all the various entertainers and caterers would deliver on the day. Your help was also invaluable in selecting a great caterer and excellent contractors for the lights, music and entertainment and even to provide options for last minute shelter when we feared the weather might turn against us.

From Austin, Texas to St Jean Cap Ferrat
My dream was to have a very small destination wedding, but I was so concerned I wouldn’t know how to choose vendors, or ensure the day ran smoothly. I started researching wedding planners in Nice, France and Nadia Fry was one who kept popping up. Her reviews were amazing, so I reached out to her. I messaged about 8 different companies, and Nadia was the only one who responded to me the same day, in fact, she responded to my inquiry within a few hours. Nadia was available to meet me on zoom the same day even though it was about 8pm her time. I immediately felt as ease talking with her, and hired her on the spot.
Again, the same day she sent emails to all my vendors, and recommended ones I still needed. She sent countless emails making sure all the details were perfect leading up to our wedding. She even helped my brother and sister-in-law find baby things when their luggage didn’t arrive in Nice on time. The day of our wedding Nadia was at the venue at 8:30am to prepare and greet all of the vendors. I didn’t have to do a thing, or answer any questions, and it made my day even more magical.
